Welcome to TeamSense! To get you started, we like to work hand in hand to make the process as smooth as possible. Below, we've outlined what that process looks like along with supporting documents to try to answer any questions you may have along the way!



Week 1

This is where we start to get to know each other! A great place to start is our FAQ. This can help you schedule your first call with us and answer any initial questions you have about how our service works.

We'll start with some discussion with our sales team to determine how we can work with your company, and give you a demo of what's available.

Once you've decided that you want to move forward, a member of our Customer Support team will reach out to you to set up an onboarding call. During this call we'll cover any questions about the setup process and use cases for your business, and what timeframe you'd like to roll out to your company. The sheet provided has built-in notes that provide context for each item needed, but we go into specifics for a few of these that we've noticed cause the most questions here: Data needed for Onboarding


Week 2

By this point, our Customer Support team should already be working on creating your survey! While we work on this, you'll be getting together your employee data. Feel free to reach out to support@teamsense.com any time during this process if you have questions or need help with how to format the data.


Week 2-3

The timing of this part can vary depending on how long the previous steps took, and how much employee data you have. Once we have your data, we'll work on getting it imported and setting up your company in our system.

A member of our Customer Support team will reach out to you when this process is complete to let you know that you'll be getting an email to set up your admin account, and tell you the phone number your company can text TeamSense at. At this point, you and your team can start using TeamSense!


Week 4-8

This is your 30 day free trial period! Feel free to play with your surveys, test the communicate features, and go nuts with the portal! Now is your time to play with all of the features and get to know TeamSense. During this time, of course, your employees can start reporting their absences as well!

While you and your team get used to TeamSense, reach out to our support team with questions, feedback, new employees, or changes to your survey. We're here for you!

Toward the end of this time, we'll touch base with you to continue our relationship; we can't wait to have you with us full-time!


Week 8+

Welcome to TeamSense full-time! By now you and your team are used to everything we have to offer and using TeamSense daily. Moving forward you can expect the same level of service you've come to expect. We'll continue to answer any questions you come across, and update or create new surveys for you.
