I Lost My Phone/Can’t Get a Survey/Did Not Receive a Survey

If an employee loses phone/misplaces phone/did not receive survey/or otherwise can't get survey what do I do?

1. If the employee did not get the survey, they can go to: go.teamsense.com to send themselves a new survey.

2. If the employee lost/misplaced phone and they typically get surveys via SMS, there are two options.

a. Through the admin portal you can update the employees notification preference and enter an email for them to receive their notification via email.

b. If your company has scheduled screeners, you can have a scheduled screener enter data on behalf of the employee.  This can be done by following the steps in the following article: https://help.teamsense.com/article/31-enter-responses-on-behalf-of-employees
