How do I Update/Change an Employee ID?
If you find you need to update an employee's ID for any reason, such as a temporary employee transitioning to a full-time employee, please reach out and contact the TeamSense team. We would be more than happy to update this for you!
When contacting the team, please make sure to provide the following information for verification purposes:
- Employee's full name
- Employee's current ID
- Employee's contact information (generally a phone number)
- Employee's NEW ID to be updated
