Manage Notified Parties

A "notified party" is someone who receives notifications about a given employee's status. For example, for organizations that are using TeamSense to perform COVID-19 symptom screening, notified parties for a given employee will receive notifications if that employee enters Alert status.

Editing notified parties for a single employee

1. To edit notified parties for a given employee, navigate to the Employees list, and select that employee to open their record. In the left-hand sidebar, select Surveys & Forms. In the top-right corner of the page, click on Edit Survey Settings.

2. In the Survey Settings page, below the survey schedule, you will see all existing notified parties for an employee. Remove notified parties by clicking the "X" next to a given name, and add notified parties by searching for and selecting other individuals.

3. Once finished, don't forget to click Save!
