If your survey has not shown up at its regularly scheduled time there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Contact one of the following people (this will vary depending on your employer):
    1. Your manager/supervisor.
    2. Your team lead.
    3. Your HR representative.
  2. Try to send yourself a survey via go.teamsense.com and follow the instructions listed in this article: 

If none of these options works and you still do not receive your survey, please contact our support team, we'd be happy to assist.

To view the status of an employees message:

  1. Open an employee's record from the Employees page.
  2. Click on "Message Log" on the left-hand sidebar. Here it will show you the most recent texts sent to an employee.
