Keeping Your Data Safe


At TeamSense, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve. So even though your data is safe, we are always looking for ways to make it even more secure. Below are some of the ways we are working to safeguard your data.

Data Encryption
We use modern and proven encryptions and ciphers to encrypt your data. It stays encrypted both at rest and in transit. This means until you see your data on the TeamSense Dashboard, it is safeguarded.

Access Permissions
TeamSense uses Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), you set who has access to employee information by assigning the correct roles to fill your needs.

Limitied Access Controls
TeamSense uses password-less, time-bound token access. The fewer ways to access TeamSense, the less risk of someone unauthorized gaining access!

Secured by AWS and Azure
We host entirely in the cloud, and are powered by AWS and Azure. Both AWS and Azure are well-known for their security practices and keeping data safely stored.

Strong Security Controls
We have robust security controls to protect systems and data from misuse, unauthorized access, and improper configuration, including regular automated vulnerability tests and third-party penetration tests. We are always making sure TeamSense is both safe and easy to use!

Keeping our Staff Up-To-Date
All TeamSense staff has regular training to ensure the safety of all of our customers data.

Data Destruction
All customer data is destroyed 30 days after contract termination. Upon request, we can destroy all data at the time of, or before, the end of the contract. We don't keep data longer than is needed!

Secure Integrations
All integrations with HRIS systems with TeamSense run through HTTPS secured connections, api authentication, and regular vulnerability and penetration testing. We keep everything encrypted, so your data is safe!
