Getting Started
The onboarding process here at
TeamSense is very straightforward. To get
started, you can contact our awesome Sales
team at Hello@TeamSense.com.
From there, our team can help you get
everything set up to start using
TeamSense.
Adding Employees
You have two different options for
adding employees to TeamSense. You can find
them with extra information on those options
below.
- Importing employees in bulk
- This is a good option if there are a
lot of employees
- It is easy to fill in the spreadsheet
- Manually adding employees
- This is a good option if there is a
small amount of employees
- This will have to be done after admins
are set up within TeamSense
Whichever option you pick, we will
be with you every step of the way if you have
any questions! You can find more information on adding employees here.
Forms & Surveys
By default, you will have an absence
form and an emergency form. You can easily
make changes to these forms by contacting the
TeamSense Support Team at Support@TeamSense.com.
If you have custom forms added to your
account, you will be able to create all sorts
of different forms. You can find more
information on the different types of forms here.
