First Time Using
First time using TeamSense? Don't worry; let's walk through what can happen if you have never used TeamSense before.
You can use the keyword TeamSense to get started. If you get a link in return, you can go straight to the portal! Congratulations, you are ready to start using TeamSense.
Once you text in, if you get a message that says, "Oops, we don't recognize your number," you can see the section below this one to get set up within TeamSense.
What if TeamSense Doesn't
You messaged in, and you got the message "Oops, we don't recognize your number". This means that TeamSense doesn't recognize the phone you messaged in with, but we can update that very easily!
Click the link that came with that message, it will take you to the start of the identification process. Once you use the link, you will be met with a screen asking for your employee ID. This would be the employee ID that you use at work, your TeamSense Admins would have set you up in the system using that number. Once that is filled out, click the Confirm ID button to go to the next stage shown below. The next part is easy, just enter the name of your organization and click Confirm Company. After that, you will be able to update your number right from your phone!
Once you choose to update your number within TeamSense, you will be met with one more page asking if you are sure you want to update this information. That's it, you are ready to use TeamSense!
Questions About Employee
What if TeamSense doesn't recognize your employee ID? In this case, we recommend that you double-check the employee ID that you entered to be sure it was corret and didn't have any typos.
If you are positive that you are using the correct employee ID, then the next step is to reach out to your organization's TeamSense Admins to make sure they added you to TeamSense. If you are already in TeamSense, you can check to see what ID they used for you so you can be sure that the correct employee ID was used.
