When I go to go.teamsense.com I get a blank screen (seen below). 

Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

If you receive a blank browser screen when navigating to go.teamsense.com it may be due to the browser you are using. 

The best way to test this is to try opening go.teamsense.com in another browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) and see if that works.  If you are able to access the webpage at that point, it may be that it is not supported by the other browser, which is uncommon but can happen.
